We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer with deep expertise in cement plant operations, pyro-processing, and plant optimization. The ideal candidate will lead process improvement initiatives and provide technical support to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize cement production processes including crushing, grinding, pyro-processing, and material handling
- Conduct feasibility studies and prepare detailed engineering reports
- Provide technical support during commissioning and operations
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing
Required Qualifications:
- B.Tech/M.Tech in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering
- 8-12 years in cement plant operations or engineering consultancy
- Strong knowledge of cement manufacturing processes and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
