An acknowledged authority in Cement Industry , Mr. Menon has had an illustrious career spanning more than 50 years serving Cement and allied industries. After gaining first hand experience in operation of various Cement plants in India for over a decade , Mr. Menon had a successful stint as Production Manager in a Nigerian Cement plant. Thereafter , he took over the service operations of Thyssenkrupp industries in India and was soon elevated to the position of Director (operations) . During the 29 year long association with TKIL , he led several challenging assignments such as Commissioning, process optimisation, performance guarantee tests, training, energy audits, troubleshooting of modern, large capacity Cement plants, allied process units such as Waste Heat Recovery systems, Captive Power plants, Kiln bypass systems and Alternative Fuel Systems in India and overseas. The global Cement industry continues to benefit from his vast practical experience, profound understanding of Cement manufacturing process, high energy levels and sound reasoning skills.
